Requirements

• Experience in a customer-focused retail environment
• High level of technology and entertainment product knowledge
• Technical knowledge of peripherals such as digital cameras, printers, networking, and software
• Knowledge of Apple products is highly desirable
• Ability to work flexibly across retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trades
• Strong communication skills and a motivated, results-driven attitude
