Computer Operator I

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on Wide Area Progressive system and game-level activity and issues
• Process jackpot transactions and coordinate payments with casino partners
• Receive, triage, troubleshoot, and escalate gaming and casino system issues
• Provide phone-based support to internal and external customers
• Utilize multiple applications and systems to manage data, transactions, and service requests
• Follow established controls, processes, and remediation procedures
• Coordinate follow-up activities with Field Services teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and system records

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming licenses and gaming cards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays (24/7/365 operation)
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or technical support environments
• Experience in the gaming industry
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Adobe, DocuSign, or ACD systems
• Ability to type 35+ WPM
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills
