Comptable/RH

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor general and analytical accounting up to the preparation of the balance sheet
• Handle invoicing, provision entries, and VAT declarations
• Monitor the point of sale cash flow
• Establish accounting dashboards, management reports, and forecast budgets
• Participate in human resources administrative management, including payroll and DSN preparation

Requirements

• BAC+2 degree in Accounting or Human Resources
• At least 3 years of successful experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or an accounting firm
• Strong knowledge of accounting and payroll techniques
• Proficiency in IT tools
• Recognized for confidentiality, organization, rigor, and autonomy
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
