Responsibilities

• Maintain current and financial accounting for a portfolio of property management and co-ownership mandates
• Ensure reliability of accounts and compliance with legislation, accounting standards, and tax rules
• Prepare activity reporting for your line manager
• Contribute to client satisfaction within your area of responsibility

Requirements

• Accounting qualification such as DCG, BTS CGO, DUT Accounting, or DUT GEA
• BAC Pro Accounting with prior accounting experience, ideally in real estate
• Any accounting experience is considered an asset
