Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations for a portfolio of property management and condominium mandates
- Ensure accounting accuracy for property management mandates in compliance with legal, accounting, and tax regulations
- Prepare and deliver regular activity reporting to management
- Contribute to client satisfaction through reliable financial administration
Requirements
- Accounting qualification such as DCG, BTS Accounting, DUT Accounting/GEA, or BAC Pro Accounting
- Prior experience in accounting is desirable
- Experience in real estate or property management is preferred
