Comptable Mandant Copropriété & Gérance

Responsibilities

• Manage current and financial accounting for a portfolio of mandates (property management and/or co-ownership)
• Ensure account reliability in compliance with legislation and accounting/tax rules
• Provide operational reinforcement for agencies within the IDF region during absences or workload surges
• Perform accounting for property management mandates
• Perform accounting for co-ownership mandates
• Report activity to the hierarchical superior

Requirements

• Bac +3 degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management
• Experience in mandate accounting (rental management, co-ownership)
• Proficiency in mandate accounting tools
• Knowledge of specific real estate accounting regulations (accounting decrees, syndic regulations)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and manage strict deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
