Responsibilities

• Verify and record daily supplier invoices
• Perform reconciliation, matching, and justification of supplier balances
• Enter and track indirect purchase orders
• Monitor expense reports in collaboration with the HR team
• Manage fixed assets
• Participate actively in the preparation of monthly accounting reports

Requirements

• Minimum BAC+2 in accounting or management (e.g., BTS CG or DUT GEA)
• At least one year of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of general accounting rules and principles
• Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel
• Conscientious, organized, and a team player

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA
