Comptable Copropriété & Gérance itinérant

Responsibilities

• Audit accounting systems of acquired entities and identify gaps
• Assist in planning and preparing accounting migration phases
• Collaborate on data migration and perform migration tests
• Manually enter and recover accounting data for rental and co-ownership management
• Provide technical and functional support to users post-training
• Promote and monitor the application of accounting best practices
• Produce regular progress reports on integration projects
• Provide operational support in agencies during absences or workload surges

Requirements

• Bac +3 degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management
• Experience in client accounting (rental management, co-ownership)
• Proficiency in client accounting tools preferred
• Knowledge of specific real estate accounting regulations (syndic regulations, etc.)
• Experience in integration projects or financial system migrations
• Ability to travel regularly to various agency locations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in project management and multi-stakeholder coordination
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
