Comptable Copropriété & Gérance itinérant

Responsibilities

• Audit accounting systems of acquired entities and identify gaps
• Assist in the preparation and planning of accounting migration phases
• Collaborate on the migration of accounting data and perform migration tests
• Manually enter and recover accounting data for rental management and co-ownership
• Provide technical and functional support to users post-training
• Promote and monitor the application of accounting best practices
• Produce regular reporting on project progress and results
• Provide operational support by managing rental management or syndic portfolios when needed

Requirements

• Bac +3 degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management
• Experience in client accounting (rental management, co-ownership)
• Proficiency in client accounting tools preferred
• Knowledge of specific real estate accounting regulations (accounting decree, syndic regulations)
• Experience in integration projects or financial system migrations
• Ability to travel regularly to agencies across France
