About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the multi-company supplier cycle within an international industrial environment.
- Collaborate with the Shared Service Center (SSC) in Poland on tasks including invoice entry, bank reconciliations, and expense management.
- Support monthly and annual closings and assist with internal and external audits.
- Act as the primary interface for local operations in France to validate work performed by the SSC.
- Resolve supplier disputes in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and propose continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- Higher degree in accounting.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or treasury.
- Proficiency in English to operate effectively in an international environment.
- Strong organizational skills, rigor, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
