About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform unsupervised rebuilding, repair, and inspection of compressors, including teardown, assembly, and parts cleaning
- Identify and resolve basic to intermediate technical issues with minimal supervisory support
- Execute compressor testing procedures without supervision
- Provide technical support and expertise to customers and service personnel
- Coach team members and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Perform miscellaneous machining tasks as required to complete repairs
Requirements
- High school diploma or technical school diploma (or equivalent)
- 5-10 years of experience working with refrigeration compressors
- Deep knowledge of screw and/or piston/reciprocal compressor types

- Previous experience in mechanical repair or machining
