Responsibilities

• Analyze MRP reports and "Clear to Build" data to place raw material purchase orders in alignment with production goals.
• Monitor purchase order shipments and coordinate necessary logistics to ensure timely arrival.
• Validate parameters for new and existing suppliers and maintain the Vendor Master List.
• Implement strategies to meet inventory objectives at both the supplier and plant levels.
• Resolve payment escalations, including issues related to delivery, pricing, and invoicing.
• Manage the warranty system, coordinating the return of non-conforming material and securing credit notes.
• Measure supplier performance regarding compliance, quality, and service.
• Document critical materials and provide accurate arrival dates to relevant departments.
• Participate in meetings and ensure follow-up on Purchase Price Variance (PPV) reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or parts purchasing.
• Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or MACPAC.
• Strong project management, organizational, and planning skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
