Compounding Market Developer

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers within the automotive industry
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Identify new applications and business opportunities for sustainable compounds
• Coordinate development projects from the R&D phase through to Start of Production (SOP)
• Represent MOL Group with clients and at various industry events

Requirements

• University degree in chemical, mechanical, or plastics engineering (or a related field)
• 7-8 years of professional experience within the automotive industry
• Extensive experience in market and customer relations rather than pure R&D
• Proven experience in project tracking and specification development
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent English skills for daily work and international negotiations
• Valid Category B driving license
• Willingness to travel regularly for business needs
