Responsibilities

• Manufacture product batches such as reverse emulsions, scrubs, and washes according to formula procedures
• Operate processing equipment and maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Assist with training new and temporary employees
• Follow all GMP and SOP guidelines
• Complete batch record documents, housekeeping logs, and manufacturing documentation accurately
• Wash, sanitize, and set up manufacturing equipment
• Identify safety hazards and report problems to the Compounding Supervisor or Manager
• Maintain efficient operations by solving process problems and adjusting equipment

Requirements

• High school education or GED equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum 2 years of batch blending experience
• Ability to lift 75 pounds and manipulate 500-pound drums
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods
• Ability to discern differences in colors and shades
• Good eye/hand coordination

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with batch operations in a personal care or chemical manufacturing setting
