Responsibilities

• Manufacture basic product batches such as scrubs and washes according to formula procedures
• Operate processing equipment and follow GMP and SOP guidelines
• Recognize safety hazards and alert management
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Complete batch record documents, housekeeping logs, and other manufacturing documentation accurately
• Wash, sanitize, and set up manufacturing equipment
• Report problems or questions to the Compounding Supervisor or Manager
• Solve process problems and adjust equipment to maintain efficient operations

Requirements

• High school education or GED equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift 75 pounds and manipulate up to a 500-pound drum
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and kneel for extended periods
• Ability to discern differences in colors and shades
• Good eye/hand coordination
• Ability to work in environments with varying temperatures, loud noises, and fumes
