Compounder

Responsibilities

• Manufacture bulk liquid per production orders and schedules
• Manage bulk changeovers and perform product changeovers with necessary documentation
• Enter daily bulk production data into SAP and monitor raw material inventory
• Maintain all batch documentation and follow FDA, GMP, and GDP requirements
• Complete preliminary and intermediate chemical testing on bulk batches
• Perform cycle counts of chemical raw materials and bulk
• Unload and sample alcohol from tankers and maintain the DI water system
• Assist production personnel with questions regarding bulks or changeovers
• Manage neutralization of waste tanks and discharge of wastewater

Requirements

• High School diploma (2-year degree preferred)
• Strong math skills and computer proficiency
• Tow motor certification
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and move bulk raw materials
• Ability to pass respirator fit testing and requirements
• Flexibility to work various shifts to meet workload and training needs
• Strong written and oral technical communication skills
