Compound Management Inventory Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the sole point of contact and owner for the compound inventory at the SLC site
• Manage and track samples across multiple storage locations
• Meticulously cherry-pick tubes and prepare compound plates to fulfill experiment and high-throughput screening requests
• Handle ordering, weighing, and solubilization of reagents
• Run automated systems to generate assay plates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or similar in a biological field
• Proficiency in molecular biology concepts
• Experience with automated, computer-controlled laboratory instrumentation
• Familiarity with computational tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
