Compositor

Responsibilities

• Combine layers of previously created materials such as rendered animation, special effects, graphics, live action, and static background plates
• Create final images that meet art direction requirements
• Integrate foreground, mid-ground, and background scenes to extend sets, environments, or effects
• Incorporate characters or digital objects into scenes seamlessly
• Create seamless transitions from filmed footage into composited content
• Meet productivity and quota targets

Requirements

• Ability to composite multiple types of shots from simple to moderately difficult
• In-depth knowledge of Nuke
• Minimum of 3+ years of progressively complex experience in production or feature film
• Must provide a demo reel illustrating relevant artistic and technical experience
