Compositor

Responsibilities

• Combine layers of previously created materials such as rendered animation, special effects, graphics, live action, and static background plates
• Integrate foreground, mid-ground, and background scenes to extend sets, environments, or effects
• Incorporate digital characters or objects into scenes
• Create seamless transitions between filmed footage and composited content
• Meet efficiency and quota targets

Requirements

• Ability to composite multiple types of shots from simple to moderately difficult
• In-depth knowledge of Nuke
• 2-year diploma or 1-year certificate preferred, or 2-3 years of meaningful experience
• Proficiency in both French and English
• Must provide a demo reel illustrating relevant artistic and technical experience
