Composite Technician

Responsibilities

• Focus on pressurized tanks, unpressurized sections, and fairings for Neutron launch vehicle structures
• Utilize composite manufacturing techniques to deliver test campaign components
• Work closely with internal and external customers on Research and Development projects
• Implement cost reduction and lean production mindsets
• Mitigate handling and logistic issues through proactive problem-solving
• Balance rapid development requirements with end-state product specifications

Requirements

• 3+ years of industry manufacturing experience
• Advanced Prepreg manufacturing knowledge
• Experience in Core bond and Splicing
• Knowledge of resin infusion
• Basic I.T. skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
