Composite Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Cut fabrics and fibers and perform stratification or draping of materials in a mold
• Use thermal treatment equipment such as ovens, drying ovens, and autoclaves for polymerization
• Demold, trim, finish, and assemble manufactured parts
• Read and interpret manufacturing plans
• Record traceability and control data

Requirements

• Training in composite materials (CAP / Bac professionnel plastics and composites) or significant experience as a Draper/Stratifier in the aeronautics industry
• Knowledge of composite material transformation techniques
• Mastery of quality rules regarding environment, mixing, and material compatibility
• Precision, versatility, and ability to work in a team
