About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform composite manufacturing and repairs related to molds, wet layups, and existing structures
- Execute finish work including sanding and painting
- Create unique molds and composite components for Research and Development
- Conduct in-depth inspections of outsourced composite components
- Maintain equipment and tooling by tracking calibration and certification dates
- Ensure documentation accuracy and notify relevant parties of any clerical errors
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in composite manufacturing and repair, or similar experience
- US Person Status under ITAR definition (U.S. Citizen, green card holder, or person covered under an existing ITAR license)
