About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform composite fabrication tasks including prepreg carbon fiber, wet layups, and vacuum infusion
- Create composite tooling and parts in-house
- Manage large-scale bonded and fastened composite assemblies
- Use power, air, and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Record job progress accurately in ERP applications
- Organize and maintain the composites area, including work centers and tools
- Assist with timeline management and team updates
Requirements
- Experience with composite processes
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- High attention to detail and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience
- Automotive body skills
- Ability to work with a high level of independence
