Composite Fabrication Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform composite lay-up, fabrication, and assembly tasks
• Execute composite bagging, forming, drilling, and bonding
• Handle tooling preparation and machine set up and operation
• Operate overhead cranes as required

Requirements

• 3+ months of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work any shift based on operational needs
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
• Physical stamina for climbing, bending, kneeling, and lifting

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of related work experience or equivalent education/experience combination
• Experience with Lean Principles, including Continuous Improvement, Standard Work, and 5-S tools
• Experience managing or working with safety, quality, and manufacturing performance data
