About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform composite part repairs, surface preparation, and bonded assemblies
  • Drill, rivet, and fit composite and metal components using hand and pneumatic tools
  • Work with aerospace-grade materials including epoxy, resin, foam, and fiberglass
  • Follow blueprints and work instructions to ensure precise fit and quality standards
  • Deflash, sand, and finish components to meet tight tolerances
  • Maintain production records and track material usage
  • Adhere to all company safety protocols and maintain an organized workspace

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or composites/fiberglass experience
  • Proven experience with drilling and riveting using specialized tools
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical instructions
  • Ability to use hand and pneumatic tools effectively
  • U.S. person status (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Protected Individual) for ITAR compliance
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
