Component Rebuild Center (CRC) Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily component rebuild activities for engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems
• Assign work tasks and monitor technician performance to ensure productivity
• Diagnose complex mechanical and hydraulic issues within the workshop
• Ensure all rebuilt components meet OEM and strict quality standards
• Coordinate warranty repairs and Product Support Program (PSP) activities
• Plan manpower, tools, and workshop resources for efficient operation
• Monitor job progress and turnaround times to meet deadlines
• Maintain accurate workshop records and reports
• Ensure full compliance with safety (HSE) and company procedures
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and technician professional development

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and component rebuild operations
• Proven supervisory experience within a heavy equipment workshop
• Strong technical knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems
• Hands-on experience with OEM diagnostic tools and workshop equipment
• Understanding of warranty/PSP processes and workshop quality standards
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
