About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program management for workstation power supplies (PSU), managing schedules, deliverables, and vendor coordination from development through end of life.
- Serve as the primary interface to external PSU vendors and coordinate with Outside Design and Manufacturing (ODM) system integrators.
- Manage program aspects of Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) readiness, including testing execution, troubleshooting, and risk tracking.
- Drive program plans, milestones, and execution status for component sustaining programs across internal engineering, operations, and supply chain teams.
- Interface with the onsite Material Science Lab to ensure components meet quality, reliability, and environmental sustainability requirements.
- Manage HP’s internal System of Record for various components throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in a technical field.
- Proven experience in program management within hardware, systems, or technology product development.
- Demonstrated success managing external vendors or manufacturing partners, including schedules and cross-company coordination.
- Strong organizational, communication, and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Four-year Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Comfort working in technically complex environments.
