Component Prep - Pharmaceutical Attendant AB2

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate various components, materials, equipment, and machines within an assigned area
• Ensure adequate inventory of parts and materials is available before starting production runs
• Adhere strictly to all plant safety protocols and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) regulations
• Perform in-process quality inspections and identify opportunities for process and safety improvements
• Follow standard operating procedures to complete tasks of varying complexity within agreed timeframes
• Coordinate with team members to achieve individual and team deliverables

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Ability to lift 10-20 lbs frequently and up to 45 lbs sporadically
• Ability to stand and walk for 8 to 12 hours
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends
• Ability to gown aseptically and maintain certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a cGMP environment
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and digital tools
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor team members
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance productivity
