Compliance VP

Responsibilities

• Advise senior management and internal departments on regulatory compliance to facilitate informed and timely decision-making.
• Analyze, interpret, and communicate new laws, regulations, policies, and modifications to applicable legal frameworks.
• Identify compliance risks associated with the institution's activities, products, services, and business practices.
• Mitigate legal, operational, and reputational impacts through documentation, evaluation, and risk monitoring, including PLD/CFT risks.
• Implement annual compliance programs to ensure the execution of preventive, corrective, and monitoring actions.
• Coordinate with responsible areas to track progress and generate necessary documentary evidence.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in regulatory compliance analysis.
• Proven ability in risk identification and mitigation within a banking environment.
• Deep knowledge of PLD/CFT (Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism) regulations.
• Experience implementing and managing annual compliance programs.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
