Compliance Technology Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy intelligent regulatory monitoring systems using NLP to interpret global rule changes and generate impact alerts.
• Build scalable compliance workflows for onboarding, AML, and fraud detection using microservices and real-time data.
• Lead the integration of RegTech components including AI/ML, blockchain, and digital ID for KYC and transaction monitoring.
• Develop automated data governance frameworks that comply with global standards such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and DORA.
• Create AI-driven risk models and simulations to identify fraud, operational risks, and compliance gaps.
• Translate complex regulatory mandates into technical specifications for engineering and product teams.
• Advance blockchain compliance capabilities for crypto transaction monitoring and travel rule adherence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing RegTech solutions, compliance systems, or risk management tools in financial services.
• Proven expertise in AI/ML tools for compliance use cases like document analysis and transaction monitoring.
• Technical proficiency in automation platforms (RPA, low-code) and data management systems (SQL, cloud databases).
• Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks including AML/CTF, GDPR, DORA, and the Travel Rule.
• Experience working with RegTech vendors specializing in KYC, monitoring, or regulatory reporting.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
