Compliance Specialist, Third-party Compliance Management

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance management for Amazon's transportation network to ensure third-party logistics providers adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Improve partner quality metrics, such as accident rates, through continuous process improvement.
• Conduct regular reviews of internal regulations and contract terms.
• Establish and elevate safety, quality, and compliance standards across the network.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly audits of third-party logistics providers.
• Drive efficiency and automation in audit processes and project workflows.
• Collaborate with global Legal, Compliance, and Safety teams to develop rules and evaluate effectiveness.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in relevant fields such as law, customer service, investigations, or project management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL data manipulation.
• Experience applying Lean or Six Sigma analytical techniques.
• Background in risk/fraud analysis or working within compliance organizations.
