About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor and implement changes in HUD and LIHTC regulations and requirements
- Maintain tenant files and computer records to ensure regulatory accuracy
- Manage assigned affordable housing portfolio including file reviews and audits
- Transmit property rental assistance into state housing programs
- Input tenant certifications into property management software
- Facilitate training programs for site teams regarding requirements and responsibilities
Requirements
- Minimum COS certification or similar certification
- Demonstrated knowledge of HUD, LIHTC, AHP, and HAP regulations
- Minimum 5 years of administrative, file compliance, and affordable housing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with property management software (Onesite preferred)
- Knowledge of Fair Housing and Landlord and Tenant laws
- LIHTC lease-up experience
- Ability to travel as needed
