Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in managing regulatory and internal compliance, including federal, state, and local incentives, grants, and export control.
• Create and manage programs to collect and organize information and documentation from internal stakeholders for regular reporting.
• Assist with internal and external audits and the implementation of corrective actions.
• Prepare various reports, forms, applications, and other necessary legal filings.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of processes designed to ensure compliance with business codes and government regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3+ years of direct experience in federal regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize work independently and exercise professional discretion.
