About the role
Responsibilities
- Accept inbound and outbound calls
- Gather medical treatment documentation
- Perform file review and analysis to identify actionable tasks
- Communicate with medical providers to confirm or follow up on client treatment
- Communicate with existing clients to gather treatment details
- Enter information into applicable software with accuracy
- Compose email correspondence to providers and legal staff
- Collaborate with leadership and team members to deliver high quality service
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; college preferred
- Professional and effective communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple priorities
- Multitasking and quick learning abilities
- Strong team player
- Reliable and dependable
- Excellent comprehension and critical-thinking skills
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
- Highly organized with ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
