About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor federal, state, and local regulations and translate them into clear company policies
- Manage employee and branch licensing, endorsements, and CEUs
- Set compliance requirements for products and track approvals, bans, and restrictions
- Ensure SDS and RUP requirements are met
- Oversee safety programs including PPE and incident follow-ups
- Maintain organized records and conduct internal audits to track corrective actions
Requirements
- Sharp attention to detail regarding rules and regulations
- Strong communication skills for explaining requirements to field teams and leadership
- Highly organized and proactive approach to identifying compliance gaps
- Proficiency in handling audits, documentation, and compliance reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with compliance in pest control or environmental services
- Familiarity with pesticide rules and workplace safety standards
