About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead various disclosure and reporting tasks in accordance with the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act
- Monitor regulatory policy trends and maintain response systems
- Analyze and research regulatory trends related to large business groups to identify risks and derive response strategies
- Provide advisory services on governance issues, such as determining the formation of control by related parties, and contribute to company-wide policy establishment
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in disclosure for large business groups or listed companies
- High level of understanding of the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act, Commercial Act, Subcontracting Act, and Capital Markets Act
- Strong communication skills with the Fair Trade Commission, internal departments, and affiliate representatives
- Experience in government relations (GR) with the Fair Trade Commission or similar bodies
- Ability to travel overseas
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience specifically in fair trade disclosure at a representative company of a large business group
- High level of understanding of finance and accounting for listed companies
- 10+ years of experience in disclosure for large business groups
