About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage contractor compliance requirements within the ISNetworld platform, including prequalification, document validation, and status tracking.
- Review and approve variance requests in accordance with corporate and site safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate contractor compliance records in the Contractor Data Management System (CDMS) to ensure audit readiness.
- Support contract administration activities, including clarifying scope, aligning service levels, and resolving commercial terms.
- Partner with Procurement, EHS, Operations, and Legal to identify and address compliance gaps.
- Drive continuous improvement in contractor governance and promote standard procurement processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of progressive experience in contractor compliance, procurement operations, or contract administration.
- Demonstrated experience managing third-party compliance platforms such as ISNetworld.
- Strong data management skills with experience maintaining compliance records and ensuring data integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes and manage relationships with internal and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Safety, Risk Management, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification such as CPSM, CIPP, or an equivalent compliance/procurement credential.
- Experience with eProcurement and P2P systems.
- Familiarity with contract law and financial analysis.
