Compliance & Safety Manager

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into clear plans with timelines, milestones, and accountability measures
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure commitments to customers, auditors, and leadership are met
• Support government contract modifications, renewals, planning, and audit preparation
• Establish and lead a company-wide safety program, including policy development and site-specific documentation
• Conduct hands-on safety inspections, audits, risk assessments, and facilitate safety training
• Maintain KPI reporting and assist with government contract pricing and proposal efforts

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting operations within regulated or compliance-driven environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business systems
• Working knowledge of financial reporting and payroll
• Strong ability to balance competing priorities across multiple operational areas
• Commitment to inclusion in operational practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with government contracting
• Experience establishing, running, or improving workplace safety programs
• Business management experience
• Exposure to government contract pricing
