Compliance Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive execution across multiple compliance programs, tracking progress against key milestones including EVT, DVT, PVT, and launch.
• Work closely with JDM partners, labs, and global market access partners on standards, requirements, testing, and debugging.
• Build internal compliance tools such as knowledge bases, quality specifications, test plans, and regulatory playbooks.
• Manage lab testing partnerships and lead debug/resolution efforts when testing issues arise.
• Partner with hardware and software engineers to review compliance outcomes, regulatory features, and RF test results.
• Coordinate with supply chain, operations, and deployment teams to ensure manufacturing and shipping readiness.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of compliance standards (FCC 15B/C/E, EN 301 893, EN 303 687, EN 300 328, CISPR 32/35, UL/CSA+CB 62368-1/22, BSMI+NCC, etc.).
• Understanding of go-to-market compliance for packaging, documentation, labels, shipping, and software.
• Understanding of the full compliance lifecycle from design and NPI to renewals and end-of-life.
• Ability to communicate technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) for discussing technical engineering topics.
• Experience working with 3rd party partners and JDM manufacturers.
