Compliance Professional

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance the organisation's AML/CTF compliance framework, including AUSTRAC obligations, customer due diligence, monitoring, and risk assessments
• Assist with regulatory compliance across financial services, consumer, privacy, and marketing legislation
• Contribute to risk, compliance, and governance activities including incident management, reporting, and policy development
• Support product governance, customer outcomes, and regulatory reform initiatives

Requirements

• Experience in compliance, risk, legal, AML/CTF, or financial services
• Knowledge of Australian regulatory frameworks, including AUSTRAC and privacy laws
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in law, business, commerce, or a related discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Compliance, risk, or AML certifications
