About the role
Responsibilities
- Gather, review, and validate operational, environmental, and safety compliance data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare and submit required reports using internal and external reporting systems.
- Maintain organized, audit-ready electronic records and documentation.
- Track deadlines, action items, work orders, and recurring requirements using workflow management systems.
- Collaborate with site staff, operations, maintenance, and external stakeholders to resolve data or documentation issues.
- Manage administrative tasks including files, correspondence, scheduling, purchasing, invoicing, and logistics.
- Utilize specialized data management systems to upload, index, and report information.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for personnel.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Two (2) years of related experience required.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
