Compliance & Portfolio Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with Estonian financial laws, regulations, and licensing requirements for crypto, securities, and real estate.
• Manage regulatory filings, AML/KYC compliance, and risk assessment processes.
• Act as the primary liaison with Estonian financial regulators, auditors, and legal advisors.
• Develop and implement internal compliance policies and reporting structures.
• Oversee and optimize investment portfolios across cryptocurrency, equities, REITs, and real estate.
• Develop risk management strategies to protect and maximize investment performance.
• Conduct market research, financial analysis, and due diligence for new investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership on fund allocation, asset diversification, and growth strategies.

Requirements

• Must be based in Tallinn, Estonia (full-time, on-site).
• Fluency in both Estonian and English is required.
• 5+ years of proven experience working within Estonia’s financial sector.
• Strong knowledge of Estonian financial regulations, AML/KYC compliance, and investment licensing.
• Direct experience managing crypto, stocks, REITs, and real estate investments.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and decision-making skills.
• Prior experience or connections working with Estonian financial authorities.
