Compliance & Ops Manager/Sr. Analyst

Responsibilities

• Coordinate institutional investor diligence for individual loan facilities, including fielding questions and tracking open items.
• Prepare deal-specific materials such as transaction summaries, asset profiles, and due diligence packages.
• Build and maintain recurring reporting packages for institutional investors, including portfolio performance and collateral updates.
• Manage investor reporting obligations, delivery timelines, and organized data rooms.
• Support the COO in managing the institutional investor pipeline and preparing for investor calls.
• Research market data on AI infrastructure financing and GPU compute markets to support internal strategy.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private credit, structured finance, or a directly adjacent role.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to interpret loan agreements and present complex data.
• Excellent written communication skills for drafting high-stakes investor-facing documents.
• Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to build and maintain processes.
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with limited structure.
• Must be based in New York City and comfortable working in-office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in direct lending, asset-backed finance, or infrastructure lending.
• Familiarity with institutional LP or credit investor diligence processes.
• Interest in or exposure to crypto, digital assets, or DeFi.
• Experience using data rooms, CRM tools, or investor reporting platforms.

• Base salary: USD $85,000 - $140,000 depending on experience.
