Compliance Officer

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support compliance with Group and GSE policies, procedures, and schedules across multiple ports
• Conduct audits and assurance activity over logistics or maintenance operations
• Track deliverables, milestones, and action plans to ensure ports meet required timeframes
• Maintain accurate compliance records, documentation, and reporting
• Provide first-line, supportive compliance guidance to operational teams
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, airport authorities, and third-party suppliers
• Support BAU compliance activities, including airside access, permits, and operational documentation
• Contribute to weekly team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Experience conducting audits and assurance activity over logistics or maintenance operations
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
• Ability to work in a structured, highly regulated aviation environment
• Experience using IFS software or a maintenance information system is desirable
