About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor and support compliance with Group and GSE policies, procedures, and schedules across multiple ports
- Conduct audits and assurance activity over logistics or maintenance operations
- Track deliverables, milestones, and action plans to ensure ports meet required timeframes
- Maintain accurate compliance records, documentation, and reporting
- Provide first-line, supportive compliance guidance to operational teams
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, airport authorities, and third-party suppliers
- Support BAU compliance activities, including airside access, permits, and operational documentation
- Contribute to weekly team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Experience conducting audits and assurance activity over logistics or maintenance operations
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Ability to work in a structured, highly regulated aviation environment
- Experience using IFS software or a maintenance information system is desirable
