Responsibilities

• Own and track all key business and compliance metrics for the US Stocks business
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of regulatory reports and disclosures to IFSCA and other applicable authorities
• Act as a key point of contact for regulator interactions, audits, inspections, and ongoing compliance discussions
• Maintain strong governance standards across business operations
• Drive program management for strategic and operational initiatives within the US Stocks business
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across compliance, operations, product, and business teams
• Track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely closure of action items

Requirements

• 4–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of compliance, governance, and reporting frameworks within financial services
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High ownership mindset and strong execution capabilities
• Strong analytical and business tracking orientation
• Must be based in GIFT City or currently working within the IFSC ecosystem

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in IFSC/GIFT City entities, capital markets, brokerage, fintech, or international investment products
• Exposure to regulatory reporting and stakeholder management within regulated financial institutions
