Responsibilities

• Monitor and update regulatory mapping for AIFM-regulated activities (AIFMD, AMF General Regulation)
• Coordinate preparation and submission of AMF and CSSF regulatory filings
• Support the compliance framework for retail-focused evergreen fund strategies (ELTIF 2.0, FCPR)
• Review and validate marketing communications for regulatory compliance
• Maintain and update AML/CTF frameworks in compliance with French and Luxembourg regulations
• Review and validate KYC/AML files for institutional and retail investors
• Control SFDR entity-level and product-level compliance (Article 8 and 9)
• Contribute to the design and execution of the annual compliance control plan
• Organise and deliver compliance training for internal teams

Requirements

• Master's degree in law, finance, or business administration
• 5 to 8 years of compliance experience in a regulated asset management environment
• Hands-on experience with AIFMD compliance in an operational context
• Direct experience with retail investment products (FCPR, ELTIF, AIF, or UCITS)
• Deep knowledge of AIFMD, MiFID 2, ELTIF 2.0, SFDR, and AMF General Regulation
• Strong understanding of AML/KYC frameworks
• Ability to draft high-quality policies and regulatory analyses in French and English
• Fluency in both French and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialisation in financial regulation or compliance law
• Exposure to Luxembourg fund structures (SCSp, RAIF, SICAR)
• Familiarity with US regulatory matters
• Knowledge of distribution channels like CGPs, platforms, or insurance wrappers
