Compliance Monitoring Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver assurance test programmes to evaluate regulatory Compliance and Conduct risk
• Conduct Regulatory and Conduct Monitoring reviews in line with Compliance Monitoring methodology
• Produce high quality reports articulating conclusions and measurement of regulatory risk
• Provide recommendations to the business based on monitoring findings
• Assist the Group Head of Compliance in delivering delegated responsibilities and act as a deputy
• Contribute to the design of the Compliance Monitoring Annual Plan
• Maintain accurate records of open findings and manage the tracking process

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Compliance Monitoring Manager or equivalent
• Previous experience working within Financial Services and a regulated environment
• Extensive knowledge of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and its regulatory requirements
• Strong understanding of regulatory and conduct risk within an Enterprise Risk Management Framework
• Project management skills with ability to drive delivery against milestones
• Excellent strategic communication, relationship building, and influencing skills
• In-depth understanding of the UK regulatory framework
