Compliance Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee compliance audits and regulatory reviews
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance documentation and records
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Ensure compliance with financial crime prevention requirements, including AML/CTF measures
• Oversee regulatory reporting, license renewals, and statutory submissions
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet compliance obligations and deadlines
• Liaise with external advisors, auditors, regulators, and service providers
• Support Board and senior management with compliance reporting and governance matters
• Ensure compliance with data protection, privacy, and information governance requirements
• Identify compliance risks and drive corrective actions

Requirements

• Proven experience in a compliance or risk management role within a regulated environment
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and governance principles
• Experience managing audits, compliance programs, and regulatory reporting
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
