Compliance Manager

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing monitoring and internal audits to support daily operations
• Collaborate with Product, Client Services, Marketing, Operations, and Trading to ensure regulatory compliance
• Support the compliance team in interacting with external auditors and regulatory authorities
• Implement new regulatory requirements, specifically regarding MiFID 2 and WpHG
• Conduct employee training and develop internal documentation
• Drive digitalization and automation of compliance processes using modern tools and AI/LLMs
• Focus on securities and capital market compliance, including MAR monitoring and product governance

Requirements

• Degree in Law, Economics, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a comparable field
• Relevant professional experience in Compliance or Audit within a regulated financial environment
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
• Experience with process automation or interest in using AI-based software tools
• Fluency in German (minimum C1 level) and English
