Compliance Manager

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and implement a world-class anticorruption program focusing on antibribery due diligence and risk mitigation
• Analyze and monitor domestic and international third-party relationships, including suppliers, customers, and distributors
• Conduct due diligence on transactions to identify and mitigate corruption risks or "red flags"
• Serve as a subject matter expert providing guidance to employees and business partners on internal policies and procedures
• Collaborate with Global Ethics and Compliance colleagues on monitoring, surveillance, and investigations
• Manage process improvement projects to enhance the anticorruption program

Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate risk management (e.g., internal audit, supply chain, international procurement, or ethics and compliance)
• Minimum 5 years of experience conducting due diligence
• U.S. citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience analyzing business risks under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other international antibribery laws
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse business areas to support organizational goals
• Experience training employees or business partners on compliance requirements
• Foreign language skills
